Outlook Secure Copy - Outlook Addin

Outlook Secure Copy is an Add-in for Microsoft Outlook (2003/2007).

Its purpose is to add an invisible BCC recipient/s silently to any outgoing message.

When it can be use:

The olkSecureCopy can be use at any situation where you need to save your (or others) outgoing messages to a central repository (like other mailbox or Exchange Public folders).

Installation:

Execute the “install.bat” file and restart Outlook.

Alternatively, Open the Configuration utility “SecureCopyConfig.exe” and select from the “Install” Menu the “Install Add-in” line

Uninstall:

Close the Microsoft Outlook application.

Execute the “uninstall.bat” file.

Alternatively, Open the Configuration utility “SecureCopyConfig.exe” and select from the “Install” Menu the “Remove Add-in” line

Configuration:

Execute the “SecureCopyConfig.exe” file and add/remove/edit the destination list.

(Each one of them will get the copy as a BCC and will not see the other copies)

Remember that you can install and Remove the Add-in from here.

Special Features:

Any outgoing message will copied to each of the recipient at the list above,

The Saved message at the users “Sent items” will not show the additional recipient.
